The meeting was held on July 10, 2023, at the meeting room of the Department of Education and Sports in Phonxay District, Luang Prabang Province. By honoring the chairman of the meeting, Mr. Phoyavong Sitthixay, Head of the Department of Education and Sports, Phonxay District, and related parties, ARMI, APL+, and the Association for Mutual Assistance, which has a total of 13 participants (4 women) and 1 disabled person.
The purpose is to present and clarify the work plans for the implementation of the project activities for each part at the provincial and district levels so that everyone can recognize and understand them as well as participate in planning and implementation together.
