Association for Rural Mobilisation and Improvement (ARMI) aims to contribute to the wellbeing of the multi-ethnic people groups based on mutual respect, equal opportunity, care for the environment, and the sustainable use of resources. It is one of the Lao Civil Society Organization with members and activities at national level. It was established in 2006 and has been approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs since August 2012.

CALLING FOR VOLUNTEERS

Position Title: 02 volunteers (paid volunteer)

The association has a need for volunteers, the details are as follows:

Position summary:

• The volunteers will be assisting the project coordinator on the project implementation, administration, following up on the progress of work, and providing support as needed by the supervisor.

Qualification:

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in any field who have a good level of English and are comfortable with work that requires regular work;

• Lao nationals under 35 years of age, regardless of gender, ethnic group, or disability;

• Computer literacy and strong working knowledge of ICT technologies (Word, Excel, Power Point, and email);

• Having the skills of working in a good team, being open to learning, having a good attitude, having communication skills, being committed to work, being creative, and having confidence.
