Completed facilitation to establish the self-help groups of disabled people and poor families in 20 target villages in Luang Prabang Province.

On February 23 - March 22, 2023, we, CBID-LPB have completely provided support in establishing self-help groups, and group management for disabled people and poor families in the 20 target villages, Chomphet District, Luang Prabang Province. The aims of the activity are to gather disabled people together, to make their lives more developed step by step. The self-help groups have a total of 655 members (296 women) in 20 villages.

Mr. Onchan Luangpaserd, one of the target groups in Khoksavang Village, said that “I was delighted that the CBID-LPB project supported the establishment of a self-help group in his village, which facilitated group management and helped us to improve life”
