The training was organized on July 24-27, 2023, for 4 days at the meeting room of the Department of Education and Sports, Phonxay District, Luang Prabang Province. It was honored to be co-chaired by Mrs. Boualoy Itthiphone, Deputy of the Department of Education and Sports in Luang Prabang Province; Mr. Phoyavong Sitthixay, Head of the Department of Education and Sports, Phonxay District; and Mr. Khamkeng Phenvilay (ARMI). The purpose is to train 21 teachers from 5 target primary schools in Phonxay district with 2 trainers from the Department of Education and Sports in Luang Prabang Province, namely: Mr. Sounthone Chanthavong and Mr. Bounseng Philavanh , which introduced the style of controlled classrooms, environmental management, changing the learning process of teaching controlled classrooms, time management, creating lesson plans and child-centered teaching with a total of 32 participants (7 females) and 2 people with disabilities.
Promote vulnerable students to access to basic education in Phonxay District, Luang Prabang Province, at 5 primary schools( Sob Jia, Phak Hok, Donekham, Houaylon, and Tardthong)
