On June 23, 2023, our team in Luang Prabang completed the 4-monthly stove production meeting to review the progress, achievements, problems and obstacles and solutions of each producer and exchange lessons on factory management, staff and marketing, quality control and production standards. There are 2 producers participating, representatives from the Luang Prabang Department of Energy and Mines and the Provincial Women's Union, for a total of 8 people (4 women).
In the past, our team in Luang Prabang has provided support and follow-up to provide technical knowledge in the process of producing stoves to manufacturers and it can be seen that the manufacturer has developed his own skills quickly so that all the stove production processes can be done well and meet the set standards. It can also make traders trust and order stoves from manufacturers more often.
