Mr. Lerm is 39 years old, lives in Houayduea village, Atsaphone district, Savannakhet province. There are 5 members of the family: Mr. Lerm, his wife and 3 children. The youngest child is under 5 years of age. He is malnourished, weak and weak. His family is a farmer, whose main income comes from selling animals, selling potatoes and forest products. Because their families are poor and have children who are malnourished, the project has given many activities such as: promoting access to toilets, promoting income generation (raising goats, raising frogs and growing mushrooms).

In the first phase of 2021, the project went to support and promote access to toilets, but because they are a poor family, the project also provided frog breeding activities, which included: 1 frog breeding tank and 500 small frogs. After the activity of raising frogs, Mr. Lerm became aggressive and determined to raise frogs so that the family has better food. Some days he brings frogs for food, some days he brings frogs to sell to buy pieces - buy fish to eat, so that their diet is getting better. Seeing his determination and initiative, along with his family's lack, the project continued to provide goat breeding activities, which gave 4 goats along with advice on breeding methods, vaccination techniques and maintenance. Currently, his goats are strong, fat and beautiful and have given birth to 8 kids.

In 2023, the project also supported the mushroom cultivation activities for Laos, by providing 50 mushrooms, 2 tons of lime, 1 bag of corn, 1,000 bags of mushroom bags and 1,000 bags of mushroom bags, and advised the cultivation techniques and maintenance to produce good results. Currently, he can collect mushroom flowers to eat and sell to buy other food. Vegetables to increase income generation and food reserves for the family by receiving advice from the project team on techniques for making biological fertilizers, composting and composting from nature. At the beginning of 2023, the team visited and evaluated her child again, which found: her child is free from malnutrition, a normal child and a healthy child.
