In the 2nd week of July 2023, the project team, together with the relevant public sector partners, organized an activity to review the role of the committee and provide knowledge on disaster preparedness in 8 target villages of the project in Thapangthong District, Savannakhet Province.

Reviewing the role of the committee this time found that the committee in 7 villages did not follow their own duties, which caused some problems to occur, such as animal diseases that occurred in cattle and buffaloes, an epidemic of malaria in this village, and diarrhea in Padong village and Lawangyai village.
